No. CACI treatments are non-invasive and gentle on the skin so there is no interruption to your lifestyle.

Treatment is not advised if you have any of the following conditions:
All forms of cancer, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, heart condition/cardiac pacemaker, thrombosis, facial implants, skin disease, recent surgery, skin lesions. Areas being treated with botox (wait three months) or dermal fillers (wait two weeks) should be avoided.

Anti wrinkle injections are used to treat dynamic wrinkles, which are wrinkles that form due to repeated muscle contractions like frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet around the eyes.  The procedure involves injecting small amounts of botulinum toxin into specific muscles.  This treatment is relatively quick and minimally painful.  We recommend the client allow up to 2 weeks to notice a difference with muscle movement.  We will always advise the client on aftercare and to offer the client a free injection boost no later than 2 weeks post treatment.

Dermal filers are injectable treatments that restore volume and fullness to the face.  We inject fillers beneath the skin’s surface to smooth out deep wrinkles and to enhance and improve the appearance of the concerned area.  At The Purple Room, we use fillers to soften the nasolabial fold and the marionette lines.  Results are instant and will look natural.

At The Purple Room, we use Profhilo and Seventy Hyal skin boosters.  This is an injectable treatment designed to improve skin quality, texture and hydration by delivering hyaluronic acid directly into the skin.  This treatment will enhance the skin’s natural radiance.  A course of treatments is recommended for achieving best results, or could be performed as a single treatment.

Micro needling is a device with tiny needles to create controlled micro trauma to the skin.  This enables the body to start the wound healing response process, leading to increased collagen and elastin production.  This results in improving the texture of the skin, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and can improve the appearance of scars.  This is a skin rejuvenation treatment and is not painful.

A superficial chemical peel is a facial treatment that uses mild acids to exfoliate the outermost layer of the skin.  This process helps to improve the skin texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines, age spots, and uneven skin tone.  This leaves the skin looking more radiant.  It is a gentle treatment with minimal downtime.  
Yes.  Add on an extra 15-30 mins to your facial to completely personalise the treatment to you.  This could be extra skin time, a lifting/relaxing/lymphatic drainage facial massage, your choice of scalp, hand and arm, or neck and shoulders massage.  You could also add on a chemical peel or micro- needling treatment at a discounted price when added to a full facial.  Please ask the practitioner for more details when booking.  We strive to create facial treatments personalised for you.
